From the minute i rang up this dealership the customer services was just amazing from start to finish.
I have just bought my first car from here and the more I think about it, I was rushing myself into purchasing it.. but they told me that they take there time here and take one step at a time.
At this point I was like fair enough, I seriously appreciated this and it just shows that they are not just after a sale, and that they just want to provide the best experience and customer service for the customer and ensure that I was doing the right thing for myself and that I fully liked the car before i purchase it.
The fact that they fixed the issue the car had, gave it a fresh MOT and Service was great and provides a sense of relief for myself as its something i dont have to worry about for an extra year.

Steve was really friendly and easy to deal with from start to finish. He came to inspect the car, everything was exactly as discussed, and payment was made quickly with no issues at all. My ex-wife bought a car from Steve in October 25. We initially came on a Sunday and the guy that was on, got the car out, allowed us to take it for a spin and answered any questions we had. He never applied any pressure to buy or the usual spiel one gets. Which was refreshing.
My wife picked it up from Steve on the week day and he had the car all ready for her. He was very nice and chatty. Didn’t try to sell us any crappy products like most car salesmen seem to do.
He also came out with some flowers for my ex and some beer for me, which was quite a nice touch.

After a few months of car hunting across various dealerships around Greater Manchester, a friend recommended a visit to Steve Pearson and suffice to say our car hunt came to a swift end. My wife and I had been looking for our first car as two drivers who have recently passed and the customer service we encountered was next to none.

I had a specific car I wanted to view and I was left to freely inspect the it, open up the hood and fire up the engine. No pushy salesmanship at all and all of my queries were answered forthrightly with not a whiff of funny business. The car was exactly as advertised complete with service history and MOT certification.

What truly stands out with this dealership though is the aftercare service they provide because I was honestly astounded. A few days after taking the car a small issue became apparent, so they promptly booked it in to be serviced and rectified. They even replaced the battery free of charge since I was having a fair amount of difficulty getting used to the clutch and repeatedly stalling it- so to ensure I didn’t kill the existing older battery, they put a fresh one in for good measure.

On top of all this, the general candour and friendliness we encountered here was simply amazing. They made us a brew while we completed the initial transaction, took time to get to know us and honestly made every effort to make sure we left the dealership happy each time.

We will absolutely, without question be coming back to Steve Pearson when we eventually look for cars beyond this one.

I bought a car from Steve Pearson Car Sales, a few years ago. They were friendly very professional and the car was very reliable. My sister, on my recommendation has just bought a car from them. Low mileage, excellent condition and immaculate. Jack was friendly but not pushy, we wanted to look at three different cars. We had a chat a cup of tea and biscuits. Then he gave us the keys and left us alone, to view at our leisure. The sale went through in a couple of days. The car was serviced and MOT, the MOT had an advisory for worn tyres. When we picked it up four new tyres had been fitted. Jack sat in the car with my 76 year old sister and explained where everything was and how it worked. They took her very battered, tired and weary 2002 Toyota Yaris off her hands.We could not recommend them highly enough.

Bought a 2011 Vauxhall Astra estate 2.0 tdci, with 50k on the clock from Steve. The car drives live a new car. Very tidy bodywork and the interior is also like new. An all round solid car. Which will do me perfect as I want to get around the country in comfort and do some camping.
The car was serviced at motor clinic Stalybridge. A garage which I use for my other cars. A very professional garage. So I have 100% peace of mind that everything on this car is right.
Steve went above and beyond to get the car absolutely mint. I’m very grateful for all the work he did. I made the right choice going to Steve.
Next car I buy. I won’t waste any time with other dealers. I did a bit of that this time and was met with pushy salespeople. Salespeople who were not honest about the car’s history. Steve was none of these. And I left a very happy customer.

What a fantastic place this is!! We travelled over two and a half hours to get the car we wanted. After having a very bad purchase with a car sales garage in Coventry we looked on the AA Approved website and found our car. Worth 2 trips to see the car and then pick it up. Jack and Steve could not have been more helpful. The car looked shiny and new when I picked it up! Low mileage & 1 owner!!! They only sell good cars!! Unlike a lot of other car dealers who you can’t trust!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone, regardless of where they live!
